Anyone who want to lose weight can start apple cider vinegar as a small thing to get a kick start your weight loss program, I just want to tell that if you don’t like the flavor or the smell like my sister then you don’t need to add whole three tablespoon in a glass you can start with smaller amount of it too, I do use some cumin seed with that too and that is what I want all of you to do too.
Here are some simple Recipes of Apple Cider Vinegar to lose weight easily
1-Take one cup of apple cider vinegar and mix tow tablespoon curry powder, half cup fresh and finely chopped chives, juice of one lemon and some extra virgin olive oil and mix all of these with folk till it become a thick consistency and pour it over your salmon or chicken filet and sauce for green vegetables.
2-Take two cups of water and add one tablespoon lemon juice half of cup apple cider vinegar and half of cup raw grape juice and one table spoon honey and mix it well and then add then add a teaspoon cinnamon in it and mix it in a blender till it you see any bit and then drink this juice everyday to lose weight faster.
3-Take a bowel full with all seasonal root vegetables including beet, carrot, potato, parsnips, onions, now sprinkle some sea salt on it and some extra virgin oil and we will simmer all of these things on very low heat for 10 minutes and then we will add some apple cider vinegar and let it cook for another 5 minutes and then serve.
4-Apple cider vinegar is great if you take it with warm water and you just need to take one cup of hot water and then add three tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar and take it 5 times a day and if you don’t have any issues with salt the add some black salt in it too you will see the result yourself.
