Italian Cinnamon RollsIf you are not new here on this page then I bet you would know by now that I am a food lover and I love to eat something sweet, yummy and homemade with my teas or coffees and for that I keep making things, sometime I make just mess and sometime magical yummy treats, but my family is well use to it now;) they always feel ready to eat whatever I make, I never through my food in bins, we eat it and then try to make it better and tastier and that is the trick to make things better, make things and learn:)today we are going to make  Hazelnut Cinnamon Rolls and I am hoping that you will give it a try and will eat it and like it too.

Hazelnut Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Here is the list of things you need to make yummy Hazelnut Cinnamon Rolls at home:

3 tablespoons melted butter,

Half of cup of toasted and coarsely chopped hazelnuts or you can add any flavor you like nutty flavor, but you are free to make your own favorite.

1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons plain sugar
Ground cinnamon
A pinch of ground cloves

1 ready to use white bread dough, or you can make your own too, I did share a simple recipe of white bread earlier this month, so you can make your own brad dough too.

3/4 cup powdered sugar
One cup mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon buttermilk

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Now we will start making the yummy Hazelnut Cinnamon Rolls.

Brush 1 tablespoon of melted butter over the bottom and sides of an 8 by 8 by 2-inch baking dish and put it aside cause it is ready now, now we will mix nuts, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, and cloves in a small bowl and blend well and now we will take the ready to use dough and start rolling it , you can use some flour dusting if you really have too  and make a 12 by 9-inch rectangle and brush 1 tablespoon of butter over the dough and then sprinkle the nut mixture over the dough and leaving a 1/2-inch border along the top and bottom sides start at 1 long side, roll up the dough jelly-roll style and from it a log and then pinch seal it and then cut the log into 9 equal pieces and start arranging the slices in the prepared baking dish and you need to give some space between and then cover the dish with plastic wrap and out it in somewhere worm to until puffed, you can leave it for like 2 hours and then it is ready to back.

Now you need to set the rack in the center of the preheated oven to 325 degrees F and bake the cinnamon rolls uncovered until the tops are golden brown, keep an eye on the rolls cause it might take 20025 am minutes, and meanwhile they are getting backed we will make the topping and for that we will whisk the powdered sugar, mascarpone cheese, and buttermilk in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy, now brush the butter over the baked cinnamon rolls and then drizzle the cheese mixture over top and serve worm and steamy hot.
