1: Wake up early in the morning and must drink two glasses of water and go for a walk, youngsters should try to walk fast and in maximum area. Remember, do not increase your distance in start, and increase it with the passage of time. Aged people should walk as they afford but walk daily.

2: Eat apples in morning and do exercise twice a day, first in early in the morning and second in the evening.

3: Drink juices of citrus fruits like; grape-fruit and orange as well as usage of lemon burns you extra fats very fast.

4: Eat or make juice of pomegranate, it makes fresh blood and protects you from many diseases.

5: After lunch eats two guavas help you to dissolve your food properly.

6: Stop too much eating, eat food but eat less than your desire. Also stop lots of sweets and those things which are full of sugar, just take little candy or sweet if necessary after eating food. Balanced diet is good for healthy body. Try to eat vegetable and salads.

7: Drink water before eating food preferable, in case you forget to drink water before eating then drink between eating food. Never drink water after eating but after one hour you can drink water. To drink water is good for health but drinking it after food is like a poison.

8: Left oily, chilly and those products which have fats, for example; fast food, artificial beverages and some bakery products.

9: Sleep early at night; eat dinner two hours minimum before sleep. Little walk before sleeping and if you wake up at any time at night and feel hungry then drink one or two glass of water, do not try to eat anything, because if you eat anything that time you stomach will not digest it properly.

 10: Love your-self and do some good for you and your love ones. Last tip is that one time makes your mind properly and just as a try do and use these tips for a month, I hope you will never leave this routine after seeing great results of it.
