You need one whole garlic bulb, olive oil, potatoes, peeled and quartered, butter, softened in room temperature, cup milk, salt and pepper for this simple and amazing dish and if you want to add something else in this dish then you can and now we need to start cooking the dish.
First of all, and before anything at all we will Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and now we need to prepare the garlicky to put in it and for that you need to take a alumni foil and put the whole garlic in it and drizzle garlic with olive oil and wrap it in the aluminum foil and bake it in that preheated oven for 1 hour.
Now we will start working with potatoes and we will put a big pot on fire to boil the potatoes and add some salt in it and then peel and cut the potatoes in small cubes, but not too small though and then add it in the waster for 15 minutes or till they get done, now drain and let them get cool a bit and now we will starting mashing the potatoes.
We will put the potatoes in the bowl, add salt paper, butter and milk in the same bowl and at the end we will remove the garlic from the oven, and cut in half and then squeeze the softened cloves into the potatoes, but no peels, juts the smooth creamy garlic and blend the potatoes with an electric mixer until desired consistency is achieved.
Now the most cute thing about that creamy potatoes is, you can eat them at the moment and if you don’t want to then you can add as many things as y like in it, you can add your greens in it, you can keep the leftover and bake it for potato pine and you can make chicken bread with the same potatoes too.
