2: drink minimum eight glass of water in a day, because water can help to keep your body fresh and active on other hand do not drink water after eating food because it disturb your digestive system.

3: Left sweets and those things which have fats for little time, because if you use those things which are full fill with fats helps you to increase your weight not in weight losing.

4: Use citrus fruits like; Orange, Grape fruit, lemon etc, because citrus fruits help you to burn your extra fats in your body in short time. Do not eat or drink old juice or citrus fruits only use fresh juice or fruits.

5: Move your hands from up to down and also move your elbow, knees to make your body active as well as turn your body into proper shape without fats.

Note:

Those things which you need to left: Eat thing which have fats. Over eating. Long time spend to sleep. Too much rest. Artificial juices and drinks. Oily products.
